Euromixers Range
It may become necessary, after a certain period, to agitate the product contained within an IBC to reestablish its uniformity. The Euromixers line of industrial mixing equipment can be conveniently affixed to any IBC.
Euromixers has many years of experience with compact mixers for use on IBCs. They have
developed a number of extras that turn your cheap IBC mixer into a production mixer and can be equipped with, among other things, a feed tray for powders and/or one or two supply lines for liquids.
The IBC mixers from Euromixers are compact and complete in their design. The drive can be done either with an electric motor or with a pneumatic motor. The electric motor can also be equipped with stepless speed control on request. The frame is designed for manipulation with a forklift.
The impeller features a turbine-type design, known for its efficiency in agitation. This design also allows for a folding impeller design. The diameter of the impeller and the speed of the shaft have been carefully calculated to align with standard gearboxes and accommodate a wide range of fluid viscosities.
IBC Mixers and Agitators
Euromixers unique range of industrial IBC mixers / agitators are designed for use on industry standard Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs).
The E-400 folding impeller fits through a standard 150mm screwed cap to quickly re-suspend the product which has settled out during transportation and storage.
Portable and Fixed Mount Mixers
Portable clamp-on mixers with Electric or Pneumatic motors offer a cost-effective solution for small batch mixing applications where versatility is essential.
Fixed mount mixers are a robust design that can be expertly configured to meet a wide range of mixing applications on Open or Closed top tanks.

High Shear Mixers / Homogenisers
High Shear Batch Mixers / Homogenisers can be mounted directly on to several types of mixing vessel, the Rotor and Stator opposite has been developed for IBC’s or 210 Litre drums. In-line mixers / homogenizers are normally mounted on a small skid which can include a DOL starter or Inverter to facilitate easy movement to different locations.
Tank mounted bottom or side entry High Shear Mixers / Homogenisers can also be supplied for use in-conjunction with other types of mixer in the same tank.
Static In-Line Mixers
Static in-line motionless mixers and Heat Exchangers are a cost-effective solution for a wide range of mixing applications.
Most commonly, the fluids are liquid however, static mixers can also be used to mix gas streams, disperse gas into liquid or disperse immiscible liquids.
